Roast vegetables, skinny crusts, breakfast toppings: as pizza changes, so do the wine-pairing options. Proving "that a slice is nice, but with wine it's divine!", Paul Watkin and Chris Funnell host this annual seminar celebrating wine and pizza pairing. It will be a stand-up event, with a scattering of high tables to give guests a place to put their glass while they mambo with some mozzarella. Guests will taste a variety of wines matched with pizza samples from Caramba! Restaurante.
