Is your idea of chocolate and spirit pairing a holiday box of assorted chocolate liqueurs?  If so, get ready to have your mind (and your tastebuds) blown.  Kelly Ann Woods and Hodie Rondeau host this fascinating exploration of the world of spirits, chocolate and cocktails.  Hodie is the founder of Vancouver’s Xoxolat, which specializes in importing the world’s top Single Origin and Estate chocolates.  She’ll lead a tasting of chocolate in its purest form to help seminar guests appreciate its flavour subtleties.  Kelly Ann Woods will then lead a tasting of raw spirits with the cacao.  Finally, guests will sample cocktails a variety of chocolates from Xoxolat paired with cocktails, and will learn the basics of making mixed drinks so they can rock their chocolate with handmade cocktail pairings at home.
